* Total Program Costs

• U18, U17, U16, U15 = $445 (includes the $45 registration fee)
• U14 = $345 (includes the $45 registration fee)
• U12 = $135 (includes the $45 registration fee)

Program fees cover the cost of coaching, USAV membership, gym fees, uniforms, tournament entrance fees, and program expenses.

U12 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/99
U14 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/97
U15 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/96
U16 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/95
U17 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/94 (may be combined with U18)
U18 & Under - Birthdays on or after 9/1/93 (or birthdays on or after 9/1/92 and a high school student during some part of the current academic year)

STEP 1A:
For Players that played club last year and are returning:

Click on this link: NERVA Registration/Logon
Then login to the site and choose the option Renew Online.

STEP 1B:
For Players that are playing club for the first time

1. Click on this link:

2. Fill in the information and then click the Continue button.
3. Choose "Southern Alliance Volleyball" as your club affiliation or you can select "Undecided".
4. Select "Juniors Girls" as the Membership Type.
5. Click on the "Submit" button.
6. Click on all the Waivers and Codes. A parent or guardian must submit a drivers license number so you can complete the process.
7. Print out all forms and mail them with your $45 deposit to:

8. Click on this link: NERVA Registration/Logon
9. Choose the "Request A Login" button on the left hand menu.
10. Fill out the Login information and click on "Request Login" button at the bottom of the page. It will send you your login information immediately.
